Welcome to our site. The 4^th Nova Scotia 55 Plus Games were held from September 22-25 this year in the beautiful Annapolis Valley.These games attracted 455 seasoned Nova Scotians which is a 37% increase over our 2009 games. WE ARE GROWING! Thank you to those that were able to attend.

Also contained within are pictures of our Nova Scotia games which have been held in 2007, 2009 and 2011. We also have a direct link to the Canada 55 Plus Games with picture coverage of the 2009 Games which were held in Brockville, Ontario. The next Canada Games are to be held in August, 2012 and have been awarded to Sydney, Nova Scotia.

Remember those that participated at our games in September/11 will have the first opportunity to represent Nova Scotia at the Canada Games in 2012. Medal winners and participants from 2011 will be contacted in the first quarter of 2012, hope to see you in Sydney.
