Your first step is to participate in the Nova Scotia 55+ Games which are scheduled this year September 22-25^th. To be held in Kings County in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. To attend the Canada Games preference is given firstly to medal winners at the provincial games and secondly those that have participated. So come on out to Kings County this year, you will not be disappointed!
